When an e-commerce business changes scale, decisions become structural and management can no longer be fragmented. I work alongside executives to bring a global perspective and clear trade-offs.
I led the transformation of an e-commerce model that grew from €300K to over €60M in revenue, in a multi-country, multi-team environment, and conducted more than 25 advisory missions for e-commerce businesses ranging from SMEs to more structured organizations, at different stages of their journey.
My role is to help leaders stay in control of their e-commerce activity, structure their decisions, and manage growth with method and accountability.
